Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the My Selfie Needs No Filter: Leadership Conference on Saturday, January 18, 2025! You may complete the process by making your payment below.
Each vendor will be provided with (1) 6ft table and (2) chairs. If an additional table is needed, vendor will have to purchase an additional space.
Electricity for tables is limited. Vendors must bring their own drop cord(s).
Vendors must provide their own change funds.
Vendors may arrive at 7am on day of event to set up. Tables will be provided on a first come, first serve, basis.
Doors for participants will open at 8am. Conference will be from 10am-2pm.
Breakdown should be done immediately at the end of the conference when participants have cleared the conference area.
Vendors must commit to the entire conference time. No early breakdown is permitted.
Event is rain or shine. All vendor fees are non-refundable. In the event of severe inclimate weather, and the conference is rescheduled, vendor fee will transfer to the rescheduled conference date.
